Hi Sweetness - they kicked my a##, as per usual, but I had my moments. It's just nice being with friends that enjoy the same sort of stuff - the cocktails and the cigs don't hurt either.

we always lived in apt in Manhattan before
seems he spent day peeling off stuff that was peeling off
by side of wall where my office is
sounds like painting stucco is a project
I think he has to caulk the cracks first
