Shortly after posting this on FR, SETI is working, FR strikes again!

A firewall failure at SSL on Saturday caused us to lose connectivity until the problem was fixed this morning.

Why are we spending any money on this?? All we may do (if there is any sentient life out there) is telling them where WE are. Maybe they would like the way we taste (just like the 3 headed chicken on Alpha Centauri) and kill us with their Phasers and barbecue us.
