Thanks for your welcome and informative post! Morpheus was just the ideal file sharing program, but I agree totally that their new upgrade is worse than horrible. I will try out some of these suggestions today.

On a related note, what's the best way to adjust volume while ripping CD's? I have a RioVolt SP100 and have found it somewhat annoying that compilation disks have recording levels that vary all over the place. Also, what's the best way of splitting/joining MP3's?

I need some input on what music file sharing service works best. I have been using Morpheus, but thier "upgrade" really blows dog! I'm with you. I've been using Morpheus, but I don't like their "upgrade". The pop-up advertisements are obnoxious and I don't like the new look. If they want to upgrade the operation of the program to be faster and fix bugs, fine, butr they should have kept the look the same.
