First check the printer manufacturer's website for updated drivers. Even if they do not have newer ones available, I would start by downloading and reinstalling them. If that does not fix it, there is more troubleshooting information here. These errors can be nasty. I had one at work once and the IT guy had reinstall some of the system components to get it working again. Good luck.

Thanks. Tried all of that and ended up emailing tech support at the manufacturer. I can print from Word so if I must have something from the web before I get it fixed I can at least copy and paste. I had this problem once before and thought it went away when I got rid of AOL. Appreciate the help.
