I'm going out on a limb here, but we're not sure that it wasn't a moderator. Just to end the thread and make a point.

If that's the case then it would seem to be a rather disturbing development. I thought the whole point of the Religion Forum was to get us out of everyone else's hair and to allow us to have a freer flow of "dialogue" with each other.

What point could a moderator possibly want to make in that fashion?

I would also hope that if the person was proved to be a moderator in disguise that they would be dealt with severely by the management.
