What a coincidence - my dog (a whippet) is out hunting squirrels this morning. He will sit stock still and stare at the bird feeder till one of the uninvited squirrels comes down...if they don't make it up a tree ASAP, there is no contest. My dog is FAST! (It's a gruesome task to take the squirrel away from him too) Don't know why the squirrels come into the fenced yard. Can't they smell d-o-g??!
