Hi!

I've been a lurker for several years, going back at least to 1998. FR has long been a first source of news for me... I just never felt like posting my political views. I don't think I quite fit in on the political side.

I feel quite comfortable here in the Hobbit Hole, though.

I'd say there is quite a wide range of political views here, at least within the "conservative" (if that's the right word for it) side of the spectrum; that is there are not too many leftists that post here, at least not with good intentions. I personally am about as anti left as you can get.

Anyway, it's nice to have you aboard, if I'm allowed to say that as a fairly new Freeper.
