Is the guy in the front (the one with the best hair) supposed to be the head Nazgul guy? I'd like to compare the before the Ring and after the Ring to see if there's any resemblence.

I've always thought the guy in front was the chief Nazgul.... Maybe I should make a couple of captures of their appearance at Weathertop and see if we can tell...
