That confounded &#%&@*&$% blasted &#%&@*&$% ridiculous &#%&@*&$% moronic &#%&@*&$% asinine @%&#%&@*&$%@ PETITION just got airtime on MSNBC... MSNBC didn't give it any weight, and quoted one of the signers who mocked it, but it just does not deserve airtime.

The actions of any one particular moron in this country is almost never NEWS.

You know, not to be Pollyana-ish, but this may not be all bad. There may be non-Tolkien fans out there who might have wondered if The Two Towers was being used to cash in on 9/11. With stuff like this coming out now, it can be de-bunked and it gives LOTR even more airtime.

As long as they present it accurately, explaining how stupid the petition is, I think it's going to completely backfire on the petitioner.
