What is your connection at work there? - I don't know what the trouble could be, unless it is a codec issue. Download the DivX player from divx.com... just the lowest cheap player. That seems to fix a lot of those kind of issues. Don't play it on DivX, you just need a codec within it that installs itself. Many of these kinds of clips are recorded using Divx.

I have a dial up connection (56k). I'll try downloading the DivX player.

Do I save it to my hard drive or run it? Do I need to reboot after the install?
