Yes, we've got a 19lb turkey. I use those cooking bags - not so much mess to clean up and the bird doesn't dry out.

Bless her heart, she tries so hard but her turkeys always taste like sandpaper.

I do have to say though, she can make the best chicken and dumplings! And her pork roasts are pretty good too. Maybe it's just the turkey's roasting time that has her befuddled.
