I worked for 3 different headhunter firms in the past. Personnel One (now Staffing Solutions), Girl Friday and Apogee Personnel.

I quit the field because I could not do all the hob-nobbing after my daughter (first one) was born. I needed to steady my hours and have a flat salary without worrying about commissions.

It's a great field though and nothing beats the feeling of finding the perfect match! I have two friends that are still working at the companies I placed them at over 6 years ago! ;)
