I wonder if they provide headphones for the hard of hearing in the cinema. I would qualify, I think, since I can only hear from the one ear and every little noise distracts me.

You would have to call the theatre in advance and ask if they have headphones available.

I would guess that it would have to be a newer, more modern theatre to have that sort of amenity on hand.

Headphones? - The theater would have to be equipped for that. Have you seen little jacks to plug headphones into?
