Should this country go down the tubes I move that we all pack up and head out to Hair's place and set up our own little country called: The Shire. I just closed on a hundred acre spread in Southern Missouri...beautiful country... there's about 3,000 acres of timber around it with parcels for sale... I wouldn't mind anchoring a Shire enclave...
