I wish I could find that article written by some gay magazine guy...he wrote a fairly decent review about FOTR...says basically the same thing, that it's very likely they didn't have a homosexual relationship...Tolkien didn't mean it that way. Then he launches into his own senario...his dream story so to speak and it was so disgusting. He just couldn't write a review that didn't have some sort of filth in it.
