I forgot, Carton, but I think that sort of unequal treatment kills the "rule of Law" also, that is, the idea that the law is unvarying and treats everyone the same and is not arbitrary.

I think the idea of the "rule of law" is very unPC, that's why the Left wants our Constitution to be able to be interpreted differently depending on different situations.
