I actually like cold weather quite a bit, I just think it is inappropriate in Florida :-)

I'm probably not going to light up my fireplace unless it gets down in the low 40's, which it most likely will a couple of nights, later in the winter.

Lighting the fire here is such a rare occasion that it almost calls for a party...when the kids were little, they used to roast marshmallows in it, while the grownups would gaze into it dreamily while sipping bourbon...
