Hope I didn't miss anyone!

Good morning, everyone! Yay, it's Friday! (Though I guess that doesn't matter to me right now, come to think of it...)

I've got about an hour to kill and then I'm meeting some of my friends from work for lunch. And tonight is acoustic jam night - woo-hoo!

I THINK I've had a breakthrough where my story is concerned, though I need to think it through and it may mean I'll want to rewrite some small details of the first part if I ever do a rewrite. I think it will work, though. So I'm more positive today.

Hi Rosie, I admit to having been pretty worried about her reaction, since I value her as a professor, and person too.

Well, temperatures were down in the 60's again last night. When I stepped outside I smelled wood smoke, as Miamians were lighting fires in their fireplaces, in an effort to stay warm. I think the high may only reach the low 80's this afternoon.

Love this fall weather.

Actually, I do miss the "real" fall.
