Yes, they really are that blue...it's amazing...especially with her strawberry blond hair. I had bright blue eyes like that when I was a lad, but they, much like my hair, have greyed over the years.
She and I are so much alike in almost every way, it drives Mrs. Hamfist absolutely nuts.
And, she's already a Tolkein fan, to boot! I'm teaching her all the character's names, and she's already taken quite a liking to Pippin. Towards the end, when "the little ones" are captured by the Uruk-Hai, she'll wave at the TV and say "Bye-bye Pippin! Bye-bye Murree! See later!"
I could talk all day about her...she's such a little Daddy's girl. LOL

Paul, I watched this version of Dune last night. I read the book when I was 10-12 years old so it has been about 23 years. I don't remember the book well enough to know if this version was faithful to Herbert's work. Next trip to the library I am going to check Dune out and give it another reading.
What is your opinion of this film?

So...she prefers the hobbit guys to [at least those particular] human guys? So she's intelligent as well as lovely!
