They mentioned it to the vet, but she said they had studied the particular ailments that this poodle had so much that she doubted the school would take it and my parents didn't pursue it further. They had her cremated.

They really loved this dog. I have never seen my mother love anyone or thing like she did this dog. You'd think I'd be envious, maybe...but I never was. I sat with my mom today and just squalled.

The kids had a good time. We rode on rides and Matthew even rode the big roller coaster, but when he got off his teeth were chattering and he said "I'm not a big fan." LOL They bought this cork popguns and drove us crazy all the way home. We made ourselves sick on saltwater taffy.

g'nad jr just discovered rubber band guns...one of the older boys in the neighborhood gave him one (Tommy's a great kid)...now I'm always steppin' on rubber bands...
