You should be able to use most any recording software. I use a shareware called
CoolEdit 2000
, which also allows you to amplify, mix, and edit the sounds. Then simply play back the movie and record the output. Is this what you are looking for?:
MP3 version
WAV version (suitable for use as startup sound)
