Sam Cree can attest to the fact that Kendall has the WORST traffic in all of Florida. Absolutely terrible!

But, you can drive 25 minutes and be on the beach. That's a really nice perk to living here.

Traffic -- the worst traffic I've ever been in is when I lived in Bangkok. It could take 2-1/2 hours to go 10 miles. One way. So, it could take all day to run an errand. I absolutely hated it.

I'd be coming from Melbourne/Palm Bay. I've never been to Miami, I'm assuming it would take 3 to 4 hours to get to where you two live.

I know there is a Miami sign on 95 near my exit that says "Miami 175 miles". However I am assuming that SW Miami is a bit further away.
