I am glad that they care more about making a good movie, rather than trying for an Oscar.

I wish those two didn't sound mutually exclusive! - But I know what you mean. I also wouldn't predict an Oscar win this year, but I do expect nominations, and most of the hope I place with the Oscars is that they will award the whole effort by giving RoTK the major awards.
