Hi Corin, Rosie, everyone... sorry I'm late!
Corin, I think Rosie has figured out the klez problem... if you've run both McAfee and Norton on your system and they're saying you don't have klez, then you probably don't have it. Having McAfee on your system should not prevent the Norton utility from running. But, just to check, have you downloaded the latest virus info update from the McAfee website? Also, you may want to download the Norton utility onto a clean disk at work and take it home (if it fits on a floppy). Then, copy protect it and use that disk to run on your system.
By the way, have you shut your system off, and turned it back on? If you have and it came up, then that's a good sign.
As for viewing email headers, most email programs have an option to let you view the "full header"... in Netscape email it's View -> Headers -> All. Not sure what it would be in other email programs, but the idea is similar. As for reading the email header, well, they're kind of arcane; and I'm not sure it would tell you the real source of the email anyway. Likely, the best you could get out of it would be the name of the ISP's email server, but if whoever has the virus has the same ISP as you do, then that won't tell you much unfortunately.
Anyway, glad that you apparently don't have klez!

By the way, have you shut your system off, and turned it back on? Yes, everything seems to be functioning okay. It's just those repeated error messages in email. I think most of McAfee is up to date, but I did get a notice yesterday that there's an update to the firewall.
