Just got this horrible news from 2JM via email:

I tried to download the higher operating system for my mac so I could run my movie and it totally wiped out my computer. I have nothing left on that lime green mac!
I got out my old computer that barely accesses the internet and that's how I'm contacting you now...I'm taking the lime one to my mom's so she can look at it, but I have very little hope.
Let everyone know on the thread that I'm able to read but not post (FR won't let me sign in because my browser is so old it won't do the cookie thing!)
This all happened yesterday around lunchtime, which is why I didn't get a chance to say good morning this morning!
Let Rosie know I'm glad she's back and tell OT what happened, if you don't mind...she was sending me a seedcake and I've been silent now for almost 24 hours!!
Argh. Now I guess I'll have to get up and buy that PC!
