Isn't it about time some hobbits woke up?

I'm awake, sort of...

Good morning! I went out to go to work this morning and my car wouldn't start. Funsies. Called work and they sent someone to come get me. We were able to jump the car, but since nothing was on and the battery was so dead that the car wouldn't even crank and none of the little lights in the car came on, I'm concerned that something besides the battery is messed up. Here's hoping it's something cheap...

One of my co-workers things it may just be corrosion on the battery contacts (there's lots), which would be the best case scenario. I hope, I hope, I hope!

Sorry about the car trouble. I certainly understand that.

When I took my son to the Bush Inauguration, my transmission went out just as I pulled into the parking space at the Metro Station. We went on to the swearing-in and dealt with it later. But it was a pain.

Hullo! - Good morning!

I don't know where LCS is, but I wonder!

I hope your battery will hold a charge... You'll know when you go back out there! - Is it a good long ways to work, so it had plenty of time to charge on the way in if it was dead?
