Is a "funkle" considered desirable?

Well, it's not like the precious. It's Hair's concept or at least one she brought from another thread. We get a few of them here because so many of us post at odd hours...

No a funkle is not desirable! - I think in means you are talking more than anyone else in the room, and you know how that is! It isn't my concept though. I think I saw it when I was lurking on a FReoples thread a while back.
