Beginning Irish Flute and Tin Whistle, Grey Larson, Sat., Nov. 2, 2:30-4:30, $30. “Boehm system” silver flutes also welcome. Players must be able to get a basic sound and know the note fingerings and names. Flutists can play tin whistle (key of D) in the workshop if they prefer. I guess if churches can split over choosing a new rug color, it shouldn't be surprising that people get in flame wars over whistles. ;^)
