I think you have to have a cloak too for the effect to really work, but yes, you are on the right track!

OK, how about I get the cloak, the leaf clasp and Narsil. I'll track down some high boots, and then go out into the yard and use Narsil to do some weed clearing. That sounds like fun. Not sure what the neighbors would think, but it WOULD be fun!

I don't know if you heard about it, but some guy having marital problems OD'ed on his antidepressants and laid down with his motorcycle in front of my house a couple of weeks ago. I bet if I'd gone out there brandishing Narsil, he'd have gotten a grip pretty quick!
