Yeah. He'd polish off a 12-pack over the course of the evening, then pass out leaving the last can about half full. (Or half empty, in his mind I would guess!)

First, he'd bolt all the doors really securely from the inside so that nobody could possibly get in, then he'd pass out in his underwear with every light in the house on. Then I'd come in from work about midnight and bang and bang on the doors trying to get in, to no avail. Fortunately he always left the windows wide open.

LOL! This was years ago...long before Matthew was born.
