I've actually been sort of arguing over on the thread about Bush's "new" programs to deal with missing children...
He's proposed a conference and a book and suddenly people thing it's gubmit spending run amuck. I simply see it as a public service campaign. And, as much as this stuff has been in the news, they'd be whining more if he didn't say anything...(end of rant, beginning of sneak)

Only a matter of time until someone in the goobermint suggests that we chip our kids so we can find them should something like this happen. I just hope W. doesn't come up with that idea, in fact I hope he would fight a program like that.
