I did manage to convince my supervisor to allow me to input this information directly to the web site...as long as I do a screen print and also submit it in hard copy...sheesh....

He's just old school. He's been around here for 30 plus years...back when carbon copy was "cutting edge technology." A couple of years ago he lost some WordPerfect files when we converted to Word. Of course, I have all of mine 'cause I paid attention...
