I hope so. I am worried she might chew on something while I'm gone. I'm going out for lunch. My mom brought me a good sized "Pet Taxi" to crate her in while I'm gone.

10 month olds can be horrid with chewing.... Is your back yard secure for her too? Can you leaver her out on her own or does she need walked?

We used to have a braided rope (made for dogs) that my dog would gnaw on all day. She also liked to play tug-of-war with it (that's a characteristic of Boston terriers). She wouldn't chew on anything else though. So, if you're worried about Katie chewing on things, you might think about getting some kind of doggie toy for her that she can chew on all she wants.
