Me too since I haven't seen this picture in days. Even on this page, where it is supposed to display, it is red 'x' time.

Are you still in the Beta? The Beta had some issues with pics, but it didn't "Red X" 'em... it turned them into links. If you right click-"show picture" it does the pic appear? Have you messed with your browser settings? Work fine for me, don't know the answer for you.
