Good heavens! LOL
Seriously, my biggest concern is giving the wrong dose amount or to the wrong patient. I have a habit of checking the label three times against the medication record at work and twice with the patient wrist ID (once when I enter the room, once when I am just giving the medication). It transfers over to home, because I find myself checking the labels over and over before giving the medication! It helps that Matthew's is chewable this time, in the past they took the same thing, just different amounts and I was always afraid I could get them mixed up.
I don't think I ever did...I'm borderline paranoid about it due to having it pounded into me at school.

Ping me when it is time to wake up for the movie!
