The Capital City 10K? There's also one sponsored by Motorola, but I don't recall the name off-hand. I'm not a runner... sometimes I barely manage to stroll fast. :)

I used to run a LOT! Wasn't it ksen that said I don't do anything half way? LOL It's true. I ran every day, miles and miles. I loved it. I ran a marathon in '91, 4 hours 36 minutes and 21 seconds. The last race I ever ran I was 7 months pregnant with Matthew (1995) and came in last but got a huge round of applause when I crossed the finishline! ;-)
