It's kind of goofy, but the wife and I like it. It's on Food Network right now, actually this episode is almost over, but they replay it at midnight Central time. They also show different episodes on Saturday and Sunday nights.
It's kind of like cooking with a samurai attitude... or maybe a wrestling attitude, I'm not sure...
I said that to an organizer, he said that everybody is going to stay inside all the time.
Yes. Used to watch it quite a bit until I got tired of the reruns.
Time for Breakfast!

That irreverent slogan he has is cute...I wonder if "inkling" is actually a reference to "our" Inklings...you'd think it must be...
I'm having trouble getting near the computer these days with both kids home from college...I'm going to have to figure a way to get my office computer on high speed service so I can continue feeding my addiction to FR and this thread...
I notice I have several hundred posts to read now to get caught up, seems like we're really racing along.
'Course that's the basis of Leftist philosophy...so very nice that JRRT saw through it, esp at the time when it was making its great expansion.
Now to do dishes and off to the garden!
Hullo! - Good Morning!
I dunno about the inkling... yet! - Need some more coffee!
Maybe # 10,000 is like a black hole, exerting an overwhelming pull, sucking geometrically increasing numbers of posts...I'm gonna get my hard hat...
Penny and I are getting together today to watch FoTR... It has been a really long time since I saw it in the theater. It is at a cheesy theater halfway between us, so we are gonna give it a shot! Will be fun!
I was just over looking for news at TORN a bit ago. They have a headline about FoTR reader reviews. I clicked on the one they indicated was the LONGEST review received (don't ask me why). The guy is not only long winded, but he ticked me off. He didn't like Elijah Wood... Thinks he is only "adequately expressive" or something like that. Gong! Thank you for playing!
...all that sneaking!
Yeah, that sneaking is about to cross the blue event horizon, that's why I'm looking aroung the garage for my hard hat.
I'm going out in a minute, so am afraid I'll miss it.
One of my original worries before seeing the movie was the casting. But that turned into one of my main joys, since everyone was perfectly cast (even Galadriel :->). Every time you want to say how perfect one was, such as Pippin, you think of another, like Wood as Frodo. A wrong Frodo would have pretty well screwed up the movie...luckily Wood is great.
But am a little unsure about the guy they've cast as Theoden...I suppose I'll end up liking him anyway...
