I still hold to the hope that we will all get along perfectly well all the time, as we always have. Oh, we will, Hair! Even folks who love each other can disagree!! Thanks for looking out for us, though! :)

Hair, I thihk some of us have personalities that lean towards the pacifist nature. I hate to see conflict and get very edgy when those I care about start arguing.
Then I usually open my big fat trap and make it worse! LOL!!
I am learning to not worry so much about seeing my friends work out their differences and/or varying opinions on their own and just having faith that everyone will remain friends despite their disagreements on some issues.
As far as the smileys, I believe I am the only smoker in the Hobbit Hole, so can I have sunglass smoking smiley?

I heard a loud droning sound yesterday afternoon...my dog and I looked up in the sky and a small formation of three WWII fighter planes, I think they were P-47 Thunderbolts, suddenly flew over low, wing to wing, with the center one slightly in front.
'Course we live right on the edge of the Bermuda triangle and never know what might fly out of it or into it.

I don't know, I suppose the government is just covering up, to keep us from panicing :-) I've spent many days at sea in there, over my life, without seeing anything really supernatural.
Hearing those big radial engines flying over was really cool, though. Their sound is unmistakeable. I actually went running, to see what they were, I knew they would be out of the ordinary.

I'm back. Had to fix lunch. Mashed potatoes (instant) and leftover fried chicken tenders. Mmmm! It's actually quite good!
I head a prop plane going over yesterday, saw it while I was Albertson's and stared at it in the parking lot a long time! It was going to Jones Airport in Jenks, I'm pretty sure.
Jones is where I took Joshua after 9/11, because he was afraid to go out in the backyard for fear a plane would hit him. I took him and we watched the flying students do touch and go's. He watched them fascinated for a while, then started playing in the grass. Never had a bit of problems since.

I love cigars... smoke like a chimney in the field... three packs of Marlboros a day... can of copenhagen per day... some Levi Garret plug... I live on caffeine and nicotine in the field... I don't smoke, chaw or dip when I'm in garrison or home...
