Good afternoon, Hair!
I pasted the marital advice to a Word document, it is cute. But I think I know better than to repeat it to my wife.
I don't care what you say here, as I am convinced that you can do no wrong, pretty much.

a trombone player and a few whistlers!

I meant TNS! The Neverending Story is not what you have to watch out for. You get all viewpoints there. It's the individual threads that can be problematic.

Apaches flying over all morning. Low. The house shakes each time.
I am filled with foreboding.

(I am a hippy at heart aren't I Corin?)
You are the sweetest guys I know.
But you still can't have my Bud Light!

I've been having a great old time ranting and raving all morning, it seems. It HAS been that kind of day, hasn't it?

I am filled with foreboding. What are the Apaches about? - How close is the base? - Do they usually fly over your place?
When the Army base here was planning night artillery practice, or unusual flights, they used to post "These are the sounds of freedom" warnings/apologies in the local media. Fewer folk worried or complained that way! ;~D

Clare and I love your collection of smilies!! My favorite is the 'stick poking' one! She likes the 'Pervy Hobbit Fancier" and the "Ginsu Smiley"!

The TNS'ers pretty much stay on that thread because we know we can duke stuff out if we need too without hurting one another's feelings. In fact I am about to post an apology to some RC friends of mine over there because I accused them of believing in a different Jesus than the one described in the Bible. ;^)

I don't know. During the beginning of Op. Enduring Freedom, we had an increase in helicopters flying over, but there's been a lull for a while now. But over the last few weeks, I've noticed them more plus an increase in high flying loud jets. But nothing like today. And these are not transport helicopters or whatever. I don't know much but these guys look armed. Three more just flew over...
