I liked very much! And the fact that Gimli can't keep up is perfect. So real. PJ doesn't miss anything.

Thank you! Just say the Eonline exclusive. You know, if we can put all these exclusives together, we may be able to see the film before the 18th.... Ha! Ha!

So you got to see them both! - Good!

Yes, between the trailers, and all these special segments, perhaps we can edit together a working copy of it!

Loved the AOL clip. Just got a chance to see it. Close up of the handsome Aragorn. Be still my beating heart.

Yours and mine both! Both of those clips are good! Soon we will be able to see the whole movie at once!

I hope I survive it!

We had about 4-6 inches of snow today. Not too sure what the amounts were north of us. They're predicting another light snowfall on Friday night, so your little one may be able to go out into the snow and catch snowflakes on his tongue! What a cool thing for a Florida boy to do!

As I said before, all day Friday is good for us, and up to mid afternoon on Sat. Sunday is out, but Monday would be fine for second breakfast! Just let me know. If it doesn't work out, there's always Entmoot!!

I just listened to Breath of Life.

It sounds like Jackson rewrote Two Towers' plot re Arwen and Aragorn to include Luthien's plea to the One to resurrect Beren. I.e., that Aragorn will be terribly or mortally wounded, and healed by Arwen.

Further information and opinions are requested.

Hullo Hair!

What a day. We've been at my folk's house all day...the boys have been playing with their comparable-aged cousins and having a blast.

I saw the two new trailers. WOW about Frodo! "We're not alone". The way he turns to Sam and says that just gives me the willies.

Gimli needs to annunciate. I'm not sure what he says, but it hardly matters...you get the point.

Aragorn does, according to rumor, have a near-death scene... But it doesn't include Arwen in any of the rumors I have seen.

"Theoden decides to evacuate his city to Helms Deep. Aragorn turns Theodred's horse free. (The horse is named Brego and is battle-shocked.)"

"Theoden tells Eowyn that Aragorn fell to the warg riders. Aragorn is badly wounded but alive. He struggles to his feet and finds the horse Brego has come to rescue him. He rides to Helms Deep and tells Theoden that thousands of Uruk Hai are coming. There are only three hundred defenders. Legolas feels betrayed by his people." (I got all that here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/686059/posts?page=419#419 )

We have seen a scene where Frodo appears unconcious, and Sam is with him, possibly in the Dead Marshes. The song might be about that too. Though I suspect that isn't it. The victory music at the end doesn't sound "happy hobbity". What do you think?

Okay I was wrong. The passage I like starts just after the Gandalf flashback before Sam gets back to Frodo. Actually, I like the whole piece from that point to the end.

The passage I like

Now if I could just figure out when to breathe!

He says:

"Three days and nights pursuit, no food, no rest, no sign of our quarry but what bare rock can tell!"
