Good evening! I just got back from orchestra rehearsal.

Spent (most of) the day studying. I am probably going to try and schedule my certification test for Dec. 10, and if I pass, start sending resumes out.

1321 words, which is as much as I'm going to get in tonight, I'd say. Not good, but I did quite a bit yesterday, so I guess I'm OK. More than halfway there now! It's all downhill from here!

Actually, I'm not watching it right now. I finished up the apendices this morning - just amazing the amount of fascinating stuff there. Now I have to watch it four more times for the commentaries, darn it. ;)

I am not sure when I will bother to watch all the commentaries... So far PJ is the only one that is interesting enough that I would rather listen to him during the film. On the others, I end up turning them off!

Yeah, for them, blacklisting is bad only when it is used against THEM. They're happy to use it on folks with whom they disagree politically, ignoring the hypocrisy inherent in their actions.

Never seen that stuff; would Chapstick do? And how about hand lotion; there is some great stuff hereabouts called "Udder Cream". It is actually used by dairy farmers to keep their cows' teats soft and supple for milking. It is FANTASTIC for dry hands!!

And I am a fan of using respectful language in public, but as a South Park Republican, I am not personally offended by it

I don't and WON'T use G--D--- , or any other comment that takes the Lord's Name in vain, and the F word. I get disgusted when I got the the mall or anywhere groups of teens hang out. They must use the F word every 4th word!

I tell my kids that cursing frequently will only make others assume you don't have a very good vocabulary! They know how we speak in our house, so we are trying to be good role models for them. Not that I don't cuss from time to time, I just don't do it in front of THEM!
