No, ruin is a real fear, and it is so hard to talk about questions and doubts. To bring it up means we are compelled to justify our feelings by debating them if we were to disagree. And I have no reason trust in my belief over anyone else here. So shame on me if I argue and try to make anyone doubt theirs. The stakes are too high with salvation.

One thing I have to say about Hobbit Hole is that it is filled with people who have strong opinions about these types of things, but are willing to listen to others and not feel offended. I appreciate people who are willing to listen to others, even when they don't agree with them, and not push people into their own beliefs. Christ was loving and accepting of all
people no matter how unlovable they were, and what they were doing. We need to follow His lead.
Anyway. To anyone who might be upset about the line of discussion....
