I would have even more guilt about not being caught up reading them! Don't feel guilty about not reading them. You can read them when they're on the NYT Best Seller list.
But I will be offended if you don't attend the movie premier in your elven cloak...
But I'll never make it averaging 1,000 words a day...

I know... and if they were usually my friends who liked to kid around, I would dig it, maybe. Do you want me to bat 'em on the bean .....give them the Lobelia treatment for you tomorrow night? But then I might get in a fight with Mrs. CD.
At least they aren't giving me a hard time about Carolina. And that's good for State fans!

I have to go to the store to pick up my wife's prescription is it too early to sneak, sneak....
To: Corin Stormhands
Sigh...I won't sneak from 17 posts out...I've got to get out to the store.
Maybe the stinky dwarf will get it.

Of course dwarf boots could stomp out Hobbits, but that would never, ever happen, because dwarves LIKE hobbits. Of course, where else could dwarves hire stealthy ...er... "treasure finders"?

"Be on you guard...there are older and fouler things than Orcs in the deep places of the world" From http://news.com.au US backers of the latest Lord of the Rings movie have asked for its premiere in New Zealand to be staged in daylight rather than at night because of heightened security fears following the deadly Bali bombings. Plans for a night street carnival to celebrate the launch of the trilogy's second movie, The Two Towers, have been abandoned because of terrorism fears, organiser Mark Blumsky said. A daytime street party will be staged instead, to lessen security concerns. US and other stars will be whisked from the area as soon as the early evening premiere screening ends, he said. "The Americans have come through saying they're actually not happy now having a big night function," Blumsky said of the December 18 local premiere. "They're just a bit concerned about security at night with all the stars milling round with all the people.

I saw that... I wondered why they would be particularly worried about an attack in New Zealand. I would not have imagined they felt threatened all the way in Wellington.
Would you have guessed?

From
The Digital BitsWe have it on good authority that Fritz Lang's restored version of Metropolis will finally reach DVD from Kino (here in R1) on February 18 as a special edition release. This is the new, German restoration that is currently making a tour the art house circuit.

I'd be happy to help with security...
if New Line pays the airfare...

To: Paul Atreides
I clicked that Metropolis link and nearly jumped out of my skin!

I had my speakers turned up really loud from whatever I was doing last!
As soon as my heart rate settles back down I will check out those links again! Thanks! :~D

I am sure they would appreciate that! - You are such a good dwarf! I would go along and help out too, if they want!
