I worked last night! First time in a while and it was hard work!!!

Have fun? Oh lots. /sarcasm
First, the wav files were recorded with the "wrong" parameters. So the burning program took mp3 files too. Okay. So I convert the wav files to mp3 files. Didn't work. "Invalid file" Error. So I ended up playing the files in Windows Media Player so I could re-record wav files with the "right" parameters (Duh....what I should have done in the first place.) And it worked! Now I've got a nice 681 MB's of commuting music.

I bet! - Tis hard on the body to change you routine like that! - Are you going to be working some more frequently? - Or is this a rare occasion?
Good morning ksen! Did you know people have flame wars about whistles?
To: Overtaxed

I'm wanting to go to Silver Dollar City, so I'm going to try to pick up some shifts to help pay for it.
Check this out!

Beginning Irish Flute and Tin Whistle, Grey Larson, Sat., Nov. 2, 2:30-4:30, $30. Boehm system silver flutes also welcome. Players must be able to get a basic sound and know the note fingerings and names. Flutists can play tin whistle (key of D) in the workshop if they prefer. Covers the basics of playing traditional Irish music on these instruments, avoiding pitfalls that would have to be unlearned later. Music reading not necessary!

Okay, since we're talking about CD players (more or less), I have a technical question.
Corin Jr. has an RCA portable CD player. A couple of weeks ago (on youth retreat) this kid puts his finger print on the laser eye. So now the CD player won't read the disks. We tried cleaning it with a soft cloth, then bought the cleaning solution and disk from Sam Goody. But it's still not working.
Any suggestions? Are we beyond repair?

I'm wanting to go to Silver Dollar City, so I'm going to try to pick up some shifts to help pay for it. Couldn't you just pay for it by not buying more whistles? ;-)

You have CD player in the car? I'm backwards compatible too. I also have a tape player.

Players must be able to get a basic sound...I don't think I meet the prerequisites....

Remember, 2J just flirts on the Chippyfish board and they send them as gifts...

Good morning ksen! Did you know people have flame wars about whistles?I guess if churches can split over choosing a new rug color, it shouldn't be surprising that people get in flame wars over whistles. ;^)
As my Pastor says, "People sure are funny, aren't we?"

Would they split over the precious?
