And all the blood messes up your outfit and gets in your hair.

The Enemy expended his heavy stuff in the initial attack (Cave Trolls and Uruks)...all he's got left is orcses...I can handle those...
To: doubled
How does he know whose fields they are if he has never been to this part of the Shire?I chalked the discrepency up to a script continuity error. When the 5th anniversary 16 DVD set of all three movies is released, these scenes will be re-edited to make perfect sense, I'm sure.

And all the blood messes up your outfit and gets in your hair. Ahhh...the new cammies are wash and wear...besides, the camouflage pattern tends to hide bloodstains...
I love the smell of blood and icor in the mornin'...smells like...victr'y...

There is a story at
Ain't It Cool News about Two Towers... sortof... it contains impossible sentences like this one:
The Two Towers will also be 100% digitally graded (fellowship was approx 70%) thus bypassing the quality losses associated with anamorphic optical stretch which he seemed to think was a more relevant issue in terms of quality loss than interneg/pos printing/duplication from the original film negatives.

Is it lunch yet?The question that's of more interest to me is, "What's for lunch?"
To: g'nad
I suppose it would smell like victory as long as most of the blood is not your own!
To: Sam Cree
I have to say that I never thought about it before now. I guess since I watched the movie after reading the book, listening to the BBC radio version, it never stood out to me. I hadn't thought about how it would look to those who have no or little background with LOTR. I'll have to watch that again with that in mind.

And all the blood messes up your outfit and gets in your hair.Ewwwww!
I don't imagine it would be pleasant to stand down-wind from the average dwarf after a hard battle, no?

The question that's of more interest to me is, "What's for lunch?" Pastrami sandwich. Is it retirement yet?

I love the library. They are building a huge one just down the road from us. It's going to have a coffee bar and everything! Now THAT'S my kind of library! I've never heard of such a thing...but that is COOL!
To: RosieCotton
I am gonna guess there is no real good time to stand down-wind from a dwarf.

You dwarves worry me sometimes, you really do. That's what Mrs g'nad tells me...I'm happiest when I'm up to my elbows in the belly of a deer/cow/hog... means good eatin' is ahead...
To: HairOfTheDog; RosieCotton
especially after 37 days in the field without a shower...(my personal record...)
