Well I have to report in. I had forgotten and let LOTRs slip into the past. I was looking forward to the next adventure and not really keeping up with any more LOTR stuff. My brother came home this weekend and brought me a DVD of it (full screen version). I thought "how wonderful" and laid it down until yesterday. I had some time and though I'd check her out. (now mind ya, I only have a dvd player on my computer and the only other dvd I have ever viewed was a "Little Raschels/Our Gang" dvd). I didn't even remember how to start the durn thing.
Anyway, I popped the "behind the scenes" disk first and was hooked within 10 minutes. I wanted to see the movie again, and BAD.... so I popped her in. I sat up way too late watching it last night, but just could not wait to see every last scene (and I was sorry it was over). I want to see the giant trees fight so bad in the next movie so bad I can taste it. I sure hope they do not cut out the Ents (I don't know if that is the correct spelling, please forgive, I am a half breed and don't keep up with it like ya do).
Needless to say, I will see the next chapter. Maybe not the first showing, but I will see it when the lines drop a bit. I am hooked on this DVD stuff now. I can access any scene I want, rewind and pause with a clear picture. I love that when doing a quick retake on something hard to see real good. My brother also burnt me all the soundtrack and recorded a couple of Enya videos in Mpg format. Awesome stuff indeed......

I needed to hear your rave about it! - we had a guy come in and rip the film to pieces last week! - You cheer me! Can you tell? - All of my sentences end in exclamation points!

Hi again - had a bummer, the Popeyes wouldn't take credit cards so we had to make do with KFC, nowhere near as good. Looks like nasty weather there! Yesterday we had a storm for three hours solid - pouring rain, hail, lightning - and I was out driving in it. Nasty stuff!

nowhere near as good as Popeyes! I love to just get their rice and beans! They really have the best side-dishes...to say nothing of the excellent spicy chicken!
We're about to get another wave of thunderstorms...I can hear them in the distance.

Pretty good. Work was good, I did some really repetative but important find-and-replace coding, so the secondary project we're doing is on schedule. Tomorrow I do QA and documenting on the next version of our software, which is *erp* due to be sent out to our customer on Thursday - that's about twelve hours to make any changes, so let's hope there aren't any. Three more nights of pizzas, then done. School starts on the 27th. I have to buy the tickets for the RenFest. Life is good!
And, how are you?

On a note more pleasant than the 30 item post and bad weather, the little 4 year old in LA has been found alive. Do not know enough yet to say safe.
