I think you are right about the dolls...I love them so much, dont know why, just do...so I did ask my son what he would do with them all, if he never gets married or has any little girls...he just said, ah, thats ok, he will sell them all and grin on his way to the bank

Dolls are one of the most popular collectibles, so my son said once I am gone, he will just place an ad in the papers, open the doors to our house, and let the doll collectors go wild...

Your son is smart. Dolls just sit there and get more valuable as time goes by. They don't deteriorate with weather conditions or any of that - and are so pretty to look at. There are several doll auction houses back east that I have used several times when I wanted money for some other project. When I've tried opening the house, as he suggested, the scam is on - haha. The auction houses do a professional job and you end up with more loooot (I've been listening to an Eartha Kitt record - sorry!).
