I saw your comment about the cat without a brain. I have to tell you that could be true. My sister had a cat that kept bumping into things and was clumsy, for a cat. She thought it had trouble seeing (she adopted it full grown).
Well, she took it to the vet for its shots, and told the vet it was clumsy. He said, "Just for fun, let's do a head x-ray," so they did. There was no brain. Just a vestigial brain stem, and a little tissue, otherwise, just fluid. Can you imagine? And the darn thing seemed so normal! It lived ten years, must have only had 8 lives.
Well, another long shift so I'm saying good night. Palo Verde, and everyone else, may your day be blessed with joy. ;-D
P. S. I must add that the pirate looks exactly like the Pirate Don Dirk of Dowdee, from the Childcraft books, to me. ("Oh, he was as wicked as wicked could be...") ;-D
I would be scared to get him examined - if he found out he really doesn't have a brain it might scare him (but it certainly would explain a few things). If I broach the subject it might be the wife that wants to get my head x-rayed.
Ya'll sure do have fun in here. I LMAO just reading, if I actually understood half your inside jokes I'd probably be a candidate for the mental ward. As a therapist ;o)
