“Is THIS finally The SCARE Event”????”
Had my own personal SCARE event from yesterday afternoon until about noon today.
Our internet provider lost access to the internet and when I tried to use my phone as a hotspot, that didn’t work either. Everything was down - phone, text, internet. I was wondering if we had entered the ten days of darnkess, right after the elections and all. DFW over the air channels were available, but the news made no mention of it.
This morning the postal delivery guy said that their operations were impacted, too. (queue the Twilight Zone music).
Turns out a major fiber optic cable was cut yesterday afternoon that affected access to the internet for everyone in the area, AT&T, T-Mobile and others. Everything finally came back about noon today. Happy to be here, but playing catch up now.
I know the feeling!!!
