Excellent video by Professor Clements on the ‘three things in place to safeguard the republic.’ This caught my eye, “Come hail or high water, 45 days after the election, a report will be returned to the Commander In Chief. This time, undoctored.”
That would be December 18.

The above is missing one date aspect from EO 13848 and that is within 45 days after election DNI produces assessment as to whether there was election interference which is delivered to the President, Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, and Secretary of Homeland Security. Then with 45 days after receiving DNI assessment the Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security (consulting other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, state and local officials) deliver a report to the President and the Secretaries of State, Treasury, and Defense. So a 90 day window outlined but on Dec. 18 the President will receive the DNI assessment report.
The report evaluates:
The extent to which any foreign interference targeting election infrastructure materially affected its security/integrity, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of results.

The information that will go in the report is likely already in front of President Trump. It is all a matter of how it gets used.
